Tancho Award 2026

CotM Volume 4 was nominated for the Tancho Award in the self-publishing category at the Manga Comic Con in Leipzig - I was really happy to be invited! I was allowed to be on stage with the great artists Maus! and Lian.

In the end, Lian won with her series "Rabenfluch" - totally deserved! But honestly, everyone on that stage was a winner. Every single work, whether published or self-published, is simply something very special.

At a small after-show party, the jury told me how difficult the decision was for them. That touched me even more and I felt enormously valued. I'm just super grateful that such an award exists and I'm looking forward to the future nominations and winners! 🙏
